Delivery & Returns

All items between 1 - 15kg are dispatched next day via courier with estimated delivery of 2-3 working days.

Items over 15kg that are not deemed breakable can be sent via pallet collection.

Items such as chinaware or shower cubicles / screens will be collection only from us here at Ipplepen.

If in the unlikely event of an item being faulty upon installation we will be happy to offer a refund on return of the item.
